1. COMPANY INFORMATION
These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in Pub Crawl Madrid services.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
2. LEGAL CAPACITY & AGE REQUIREMENT
Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older, in accordance with Spanish law regarding alcohol consumption.
By booking, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old.
You have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
You are responsible for bookings made on behalf of others.
Valid government-issued ID (passport, DNI, driver’s license) may be required.
Failure to present valid ID may result in denied participation without refund.
3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
Pub Crawl Madrid is a guided nightlife experience involving visits to selected bars and clubs in Madrid.
Tours are promoted and managed by SCAIRP TECHNOLOGY SL and operated by freelance guides under contractual agreement.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
4. BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card.
By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use the card.
Transactions are processed through secure SSL-encrypted payment gateways.
Currency conversions displayed (if applicable) are approximate.
A booking confirmation email will be sent after successful payment.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All times refer to Madrid local time.
5.1 Customer Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date (before 00:00 local time) → Full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the event date → 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date → Non-refundable.
No-shows → Non-refundable.
Once the event has started → No refunds under any circumstances.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Exceptional refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion.
6. MINIMUM PARTICIPATION
All tours are subject to a minimum number of participants.
If a tour is canceled by SCAIRP TECHNOLOGY SL due to insufficient participation or operational reasons, customers will be offered:
A full refund, OR
The option to reschedule.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants must:
Respect local laws and venue policies.
Follow guide instructions.
Behave respectfully toward staff, venues, and other participants.
We reserve the right to deny participation or remove any participant without refund if they are:
Under 18 years old.
Unable to present valid ID.
Excessively intoxicated.
Aggressive or disruptive.
Engaging in illegal activity.
8. STAG / HEN PARTIES & LARGE GROUPS POLICY
For bookings involving stag parties, hen parties, birthday celebrations, or groups of six (6) or more participants, the following conditions apply:
8.1 Group Responsibility
The person completing the booking (“Group Leader”) acts on behalf of all participants and confirms that:
All participants are at least 18 years old.
All participants accept these Terms & Conditions.
The group will comply with venue rules and local laws.
The Group Leader assumes responsibility for the group’s conduct.
8.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited:
Offensive costumes or nudity.
Sexually explicit props.
Disruptive or humiliating activities.
Harassment of staff, other guests, or the public.
Excessive intoxication that compromises safety.
Violation may result in immediate removal of the individual or the entire group without refund.
8.3 Financial Responsibility
Groups may be held financially responsible for:
Damage to venues.
Fines imposed by authorities.
Additional security costs due to misconduct.
We reserve the right to cooperate with venue owners and authorities when necessary.
8.4 Venue Right of Admission
Partner venues retain the right of admission.
If entry is denied due to intoxication, dress code violations, or inappropriate conduct, no refund will be issued.
8.5 Operational Adjustments
To protect commercial relationships with venues, SCAIRP TECHNOLOGY SL reserves the right to:
Modify the route.
Change venues.
Split large groups if necessary.
Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for refund.
9. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participants acknowledge that nightlife activities involving alcohol may involve inherent risks, including:
Physical injury.
Alcohol-related impairment.
Interaction with third parties.
Loss or theft of belongings.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law:
SCAIRP TECHNOLOGY SL, its employees, contractors, affiliates, guides and partner venues shall not be liable for:
Personal injury.
Property damage.
Theft or loss.
Indirect or consequential damages.
Except in cases of gross negligence directly attributable to the company.
Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the booking.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
Participants agree to be responsible for damages resulting from their own conduct and to indemnify SCAIRP TECHNOLOGY SL against claims arising from:
Illegal acts.
Damage to property.
Injury caused to third parties.
12. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Photos and videos may be taken during events.
By participating, you grant SCAIRP TECHNOLOGY SL the right to use such images for marketing purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to appear in photographs, you must notify the guide at the beginning of the event.
13. DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on the website.
We do not sell personal data.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
